5.1 The return coefficient of the product shall not exceed 1.25.
5.2 The consistency of product operating voltage shall not exceed 5%.
5.3 The action time of the product shall not exceed 0.15s, that is, the action time when the working voltage is 0.5 times the set voltage shall not exceed 0.15s.
The setting value error of the product shall not exceed ± 5%.
Wiring, debugging, and required instruments for 6 products
6.1 Required instruments: one AC voltmeter (0.5 level) and one AC voltage regulator.
6.2 Wiring and Debugging
a) The wiring diagram is shown in Figure 3
b) Debugging: Start from the minimum setting value, that is, first point the pointer to the minimum setting value, check that the wiring is correct, and adjust the voltage regulator to zero, connect the power supply, adjust the voltage regulator to gradually increase its voltage above the setting value, then slowly reduce the voltage to observe its action, record the action value, and then increase the voltage to record the return voltage, so as to calculate the return coefficient. Then point the pointer to the set values of the second, third, fourth, and fifth o'clock. Debugging as above.

8 Use and maintenance
Before using the relay, the outer shell needs to be removed and checked for any damage that may have occurred during transportation, such as the moving plate touching the magnetic plate, the spring coils touching each other, friction on the moving plate shaft, etc. To do so, set the pointer of the relay to the first setting point, move the movable system towards the magnetic plate by hand, and then release it. The movable system should return to its original equilibrium position until the stop, and then make necessary adjustments and settings.
When readjusting the relay, it must be ensured that:
The axial movement of the movable system is between 0.15 and 0.3mm.
8.2 The air gap between the moving piece and the magnetic pole should ensure that the relay does not collide with the moving piece and the magnetic pole under any specified conditions.
During the operation of a relay with dynamic contact and dynamic break contact, the bridge shaped contact shall not simultaneously contact the dynamic contact and dynamic break contact.
When the pointer rotates from the first scale value to the final scale value, the coils of the balance spring must not touch each other.
When the relay is activated, the bridge shaped contact should slide on the centerline of the static contact with a tolerance of ± 1mm, and the total air gap between the dynamic and static contacts should not be less than 2mm.
The distance between the static contact point and the limiting plate shall not exceed 0.3mm.
8.7 It is not advisable to lubricate the shaft and bearings of the relay.
8.8 It is not allowed to clean the contacts with sandpaper or other rough materials. It is recommended to use a sharp blade or a clean fine grinding stone to clean the contacts, and then wipe them clean with a soft cloth to avoid touching the contacts with fingers.
9. Complete set of supply
Together with each relay. The factory should provide complete sets of:
9.1 One copy of the certificate of conformity;
9.2 One user manual (one for the same batch of orders from the same user)
9.3 Spare parts that should be provided as stipulated in the contract;
9.4 Complete set of components for installing wiring.
