working principle
The GJQ-3-1 type bearing induction heater adopts a local heating method of electromagnetic induction penetration from the inner hole to the outside. Due to the heat conduction effect of local heating, the temperature of the inner hole of the workpiece is higher than the external temperature. When heating the workpiece, it is not easy to cause damage to the heat treatment hardness and original material of the workpiece.
structural characteristics
The GJQ-3-1 type bearing induction heater is a desktop computer. It consists of an induction heating part and an electrical control part.
The induction heating part is composed of iron core, induction coil winding, movable core column, etc.
The power supply of the electrical control part is two-phase 220V, mainly responsible for the conversion of control programs such as induction heater start-up heating, timed temperature control, demagnetization, and heating stop. The control part adopts dual control of time and temperature, and is equipped with a magnetic thermometer.
