The GJQ-20/60/75-3 multi-purpose induction heater is mainly used for transmission components in the metallurgical and mechanical industries, such as medium-sized gears, gear couplings, couplings, bearings, and other multi-purpose induction heating equipment designed and manufactured using hot assembly technology. When heating, simply replacing different core columns (iron cores) can meet the thermal installation needs of workpieces with different inner holes, outer diameters, and widths.
working principle
The GJQ-20/60/75-3 multi-purpose induction heater adopts a local heating method of electromagnetic induction infiltration from the inner hole to the outside. Due to the heat conduction effect of local heating, the temperature of the inner hole of the workpiece is higher than the external temperature, and it is not easy to cause damage to the heat treatment hardness and original material of the workpiece when heating it.
structural characteristics
The GJQ-20/60/75-3 induction heater consists of two parts: the main unit and the control system.
The host consists of a mobile car, iron core winding, iron core cross arm lifting mechanism, movable core column, etc.
The power supply of the electrical control system is two-phase 380V, mainly responsible for the conversion of control programs such as induction heater start-up heating, timed temperature control, demagnetization, and heating stop. The control part adopts dual control of time and temperature, and is equipped with a magnetic (infrared) thermometer. In addition, the control system is equipped with power capacitors to improve the power factor and instantaneous demagnetization of the sensors.
