Scope of application
The CDJ1 series motor soft starter is a high-power module component controlled by an advanced sixteen bit microcontroller as the core. It has multiple functions such as torque controlled soft start, current limiting start, dual slope soft start, full voltage start, soft stop, etc. The parameters can be set according to the load. Widely applicable to all industrial fields such as petroleum, metallurgy, petrochemicals, construction and mining, environmental protection, etc., it is the most ideal new generation product for motor power 5.5kW~500kW starting control.

1. Adopting a 16 bit microcontroller for fully digital automatic monitoring;
2. The starting torque current and voltage time can be flexibly adjusted according to different loads to achieve the best current surge and torque control characteristics;
3. There is a dedicated secondary protection circuit with protection functions such as phase failure, overload, and overheating;
4. High level automatic water supply, remote control microcomputer interface;

Soft start control mode
1. Current limiting type:
Limit starting current, reduce starting voltage drop, adjust arbitrarily, keyboard settings.  


2. Voltage controlled type:
Set the allowable voltage drop percentage, automatically measure the voltage drop, and limit the voltage drop.
Adaptive control of starting current by measuring voltage drop.
Debugging data is automatically memorized by the computer and monitored by an intelligent program during operation.  

3. Soft stop curve:
When setting soft stop, the motor speed drops to a stop within the set time (Tr), and the slope descent curve can reduce the surge of water pump equipment.
