1. Application scope

JY-3/1-2 voltage monitoring relay is a specialized relay designed for DC power supply devices. When the main circuit voltage (i.e. control bus voltage) is 180-240V, it can monitor the undervoltage or overvoltage status of the main circuit, as well as the undervoltage status of the secondary circuit (i.e. closing bus circuit and charger circuit) within the range of 180-360V.

3. Main technical parameters

Rated value: DC voltage rated value (connected to battery) 200V (③ is positive pole; ⑨ For negative electrode)
Setting range: The voltage setting range for the main circuit (between terminals ① and ⑨, i.e. the control bus voltage) is 180-240V; the operating voltage setting range for the secondary circuit (between terminals ⑤, ⑦ and ⑨, i.e. the charger voltage and the closing bus voltage) is 180-360V.
Action consistency: not greater than 3%.
Return coefficient: The return coefficient of the overvoltage circuit is not less than 0.95; The return coefficient of the undervoltage circuit is not greater than 1.05.
Action time: When the overvoltage circuit applies 1.1 times the set value, the action time is 1.5 seconds; when the excitation amount applied to the undervoltage circuit suddenly changes from the set value to 0.5 times the set value, the action time is 1.5 seconds.
Power consumption: When the rated value is applied to the power circuit, the power consumption of the product shall not exceed 15W (causing all relays to operate).
Contact capacity: In a DC inductive load circuit with a voltage not exceeding 250V, a current not exceeding 5A, and a time constant of 5 ± 0.75ms, the output contact of the product has a breaking capacity of 50W. Under the specified load conditions, the output contact of the product can reliably operate and return 5 × 104 times. The long-term allowable current for the output contact is 5A
