1、 Scope of application
The DZ12 series plastic shell circuit breaker (hereinafter referred to as the circuit breaker) is suitable for AC 50Hz, rated current up to 63A, single-phase 230V and three-phase 400V circuits. It is mainly used for overload and short circuit protection of lighting lines, as well as for infrequent line switching under normal circumstances.  
The product complies with GB 10963 and IEC 60898-1 standards.

3、 Normal working conditions and installation conditions
1. The upper limit of the surrounding air temperature shall not exceed+40 ℃, the lower limit shall not be lower than -5 ℃, and the average temperature value over 24 hours shall not exceed+35 ℃;  
Note 1: For working conditions with a lower limit of -10 ℃ or -25 ℃, users must declare it to the manufacturer when placing an order;  
Note 2: For working conditions where the upper limit value exceeds+40 ℃ or the lower limit value is below -25 ℃, the user should consult with the manufacturer.  
2. The altitude of the installation site shall not exceed 2000m
3. The relative humidity of the atmosphere should not exceed 50% when the ambient air temperature is+40 ℃. Higher relative humidity is allowed at lower temperatures, such as reaching 90% at+20 ℃. Appropriate measures should be taken for occasional condensation caused by temperature changes;  
4. Pollution level: Level 2;  
5. Installation category: Class II and Class III;  
6. The external magnetic field of the installation site should not exceed 5 times the geomagnetic field in any direction;  
7. Generally installed vertically, with a tolerance of 2 ° in any direction;  
8. The installation site should have no significant impact or vibration.  
4、 Structural features
1. This circuit breaker consists of a handle, an operating mechanism, a trip device, an arc extinguishing device, and a contact system, all of which are installed in a plastic casing to form a single unit. Due to its ability to quickly open and close during operation, the contact wear is minimal and the lifespan is long.  
2. The release device has been adjusted and sealed before leaving the factory, so there is no need to worry about unexpected changes affecting the release characteristics.  
3. Two pole and three pole circuit breakers are equipped with interlocking trip devices inside, which will not cause single-phase power failure accidents.
