LW3-12 Type I and II Outdoor High Voltage Sulfur Hexafluoride Circuit Breaker is a new type of outdoor high voltage circuit breaker that uses SF6 gas as the insulation and arc extinguishing medium. The arc extinguishing chamber adopts the principle of arc rotation, and the circuit breaker and operating mechanism are an integral structure. Compared with other 10kV outdoor circuit breakers, this product has significant advantages such as simple structure, reliable arc extinguishing and insulation performance, low operating power, high rated parameters, long electrical life and non maintenance cycle.
operating mechanism
The products are divided into two types: Type I and Type II. The Type I circuit breaker is equipped with a manual energy storage spring operating mechanism, and the A-phase and C-phase are equipped with 3-level current transformers for protection inside the body. It has three functions: manual disconnection, manual full closing, and automatic tripping and disconnection for overcurrent (or short circuit).
Type II circuit breaker electric energy storage spring operating mechanism has multiple functions such as electric energy storage, closing, opening, manual energy storage, closing and opening, and automatic tripping of overcurrent (or short circuit) (achieved by internal or external current transformers). It can not only achieve manual on-site operation but also remote control and automatic reclosing operation.

1. Environmental temperature: upper limit+40 ℃, lower limit -30 ℃
