The CKSI/O series frequency converter is equipped with input/output reactors (input/output reactors) for series connection with the input and output terminals of the frequency converter, serving as the input and output reactors of the frequency converter. The frequency converter will generate significant harmonics during operation, mainly at the 5th, 7th, 11th, and 13th order, with high harmonic content. If an incoming reactor is not installed, the service life of the frequency converter and other equipment will be greatly shortened. When harmonic interference is severe, some equipment may not operate normally. Installing an incoming reactor will greatly reduce the content of each harmonic, improve the power factor of the power grid, ensure the safe operation of the frequency converter and other loads, and ensure that other equipment is not affected by harmonic interference; Installing an outgoing line reactor can passivate the steepness of the output voltage (switching frequency) of the inverter, reduce the disturbance and impact of power components in the inverter, and effectively suppress the circuit surge at the moment of load closing, protecting the inverter device and other components in the circuit from overcurrent impact. Its structural characteristics are as follows:
1. The reactor is three-phase, all of which are dry-type iron cores.
2. The iron core is made of high-quality and low loss cold-rolled silicon steel sheets, and the core column is divided into uniform small sections by multiple air gaps. The air gaps are separated by epoxy laminated glass cloth plates to ensure that the air gap of the reactor does not change during operation.
3. The coil is wound with F-grade or H-grade flat copper wire, arranged tightly and uniformly.
After the coil and iron core of the reactor are assembled into one, they undergo a process of pre drying, vacuum impregnation, and thermal curing. H-grade impregnation paint is used to firmly bond the coil and iron core of the reactor, which not only greatly reduces the noise during operation, but also has a very high heat resistance level, ensuring that the reactor can operate safely and noiselessly at high temperatures.
5. The fasteners of the reactor core column are made of non-magnetic materials to reduce eddy current heating during operation.
6. All exposed components have undergone anti-corrosion treatment.
7. Compared with similar domestic products, this reactor has the advantages of small size, light weight, and beautiful appearance, which can be comparable to well-known foreign brands.
