PKDG series balanced reactorDetailed product description:

The PKDG series balancing reactor is used for three-phase dynamic balancing, to regulate high-power electrical equipment (such as induction furnaces) that is prone to three-phase imbalance, improve the quality of the power grid, and protect electrical equipment from damage.
Structural characteristics:
The PKDG series balanced reactor is a single-phase iron core dry-type structure.
2. The iron core is made of high-quality and low loss cold-rolled silicon steel sheets, and the core column is divided into uniform small sections by multiple air gaps. The air gaps are separated by epoxy laminated glass cloth plates and coated with special adhesives to ensure that the reactive air gaps do not change and have no noise during operation.
3. The coil is wound with F-grade or H-grade enameled copper flat wire, arranged tightly and evenly, without insulation layer on the surface. The small capacity coil adopts a layered structure, while the large capacity coil adopts a cake structure, which has good ventilation and heat dissipation effect.
After the coil and iron core of the reactor are assembled into one, they undergo a process of pre drying, vacuum impregnation, and thermal curing. H-grade impregnation paint is used to firmly bond the coil and iron core of the reactor, which not only greatly reduces the noise during operation, but also has a very high heat resistance level, ensuring that the reactor can operate safely without noise at high temperatures.
5. The fasteners of the reactor core column are made of non-magnetic materials to ensure that the reactor has a low temperature rise.
6. The exposed parts have been treated with anti-corrosion measures, and the lead out terminals are made of tin plated copper pipes or copper bars.
