1、 Scope of application
The DZ108 series plastic shell circuit breaker (hereinafter referred to as the circuit breaker) is suitable for use in AC 50Hz/60Hz, rated voltage up to 660V, and rated current of 0.1A~63A lines. It is used as overload and short circuit protection for small capacity motors and lines, and can also be used for infrequent line switching or direct motor starting under normal circumstances. Circuit breakers can be used as full voltage starters for direct starting and breaking of motors under AC-3 loads, and are used for overload and short-circuit protection of motors.

3、 Normal working conditions and installation conditions
1. The upper limit of the surrounding air temperature shall not exceed+40 ℃, the lower limit shall not be lower than -5 ℃, and the average temperature value over 24 hours shall not exceed+35 ℃;
Note 1: For working conditions with a lower limit of -10 ℃ or -25 ℃, users must declare it to the manufacturer when placing an order;
Note 2: For working conditions where the upper limit value exceeds+40 ℃ or the lower limit value is below -25 ℃, the user should consult with the manufacturer.
2. The altitude of the installation site shall not exceed 2000m;
3. The relative humidity of the atmosphere should not exceed 50% when the ambient air temperature is+40 ℃. Higher relative humidity is allowed at lower temperatures, such as reaching 90% at+20 ℃. Appropriate measures should be taken for occasional condensation caused by temperature changes;

5. Installation category: The main circuit of the circuit breaker is Class III, and the control circuit and auxiliary circuit are Class II.
4、 Structural features
DZ108-32 circuit breaker can be equipped with an auxiliary contact group, a shunt release, or an undervoltage release; The DZ108-63 base type can be equipped with two auxiliary contact groups, one shunt release or one undervoltage release. The release mechanism adopts a quick closing and quick breaking structure, which limits the current characteristics of the circuit breaker.
The circuit breaker has a bimetallic anti time delay release and an electromagnetic instantaneous release. The overload release has a temperature compensation device.
The operation modes of the circuit breaker include button operation, knob operation, and handle operation, which are pre board wiring and pre board installation. DZ108-20、 The 32 type circuit breaker has an installation card that can be directly embedded on a 35mm wide standard guide rail.
