1.1 Model and Name
CTB type spring operated mechanism, where CTB-S is a manual operated mechanism and CTB-D is an electric operated mechanism.
1.2 Main purpose and working conditions
This institution is capable of operating ZW32-12 outdoor high-voltage vacuum circuit breakers (designed by Beijing Electric Power Research Institute) and other outdoor or indoor vacuum circuit breakers with equivalent closing power. Its performance meets the requirements of GB1984 "AC High Voltage Circuit Breakers" and the "Technical Conditions" of this product; The manual operating mechanism has functions such as manual energy storage, manual opening and closing, and overcurrent protection. The electric operating mechanism has functions such as electric motor or manual energy storage, electromagnetic or manual switching, and overcurrent protection. The controller configured for overcurrent protection has surge, delay, and quick break protection functions.
This product is suitable for the following working conditions:
A. The upper limit of ambient air temperature is+40 ℃ and the lower limit is -45 ℃.
B. Altitude not exceeding 2000m. Wind speed not exceeding 35m/s.
C. The daily average relative humidity should not exceed 95%, and the monthly average should not exceed 90% (+25 ℃).
The daily average water vapor pressure is not greater than 2.2 × 103MPa,
The monthly average is not greater than 1.8 × 103MPa.
D. A place without fire, explosion hazards, serious pollution, corrosion, and severe vibration.
