I. Overview
ZTP type DC auxiliary motor, specifically designed for driving hydraulic pumps, blowers, air compressors, auxiliary generators, speed generators, and other auxiliary mechanical motors on diesel locomotives and electric locomotives.
2. The motor should be able to meet the general technical requirements OXD.515.010-2001 or other specialized technical requirements for DC auxiliary motors used in railway locomotives and high-speed trains. The motor can withstand the impact and vibration generated during the normal operation of locomotives and trains, and can operate normally during rain, snow, wind, and sand invasion. Suitable for ambient temperatures ranging from -40 ℃ to+45 ℃; The altitude shall not exceed 1200m. If it exceeds 1200m to 4000m, please refer to the technical specifications.

2、 Motor Model Description
ZTP-62K: "Z" represents DC motor, "T" represents railway transportation, "P" represents dedicated supporting equipment, "62" represents machine base number, and "K" represents differential code.
2. ZBT - Model represents the DC enclosed railway supporting motor.
3、 Structural type
Basic installation type of motor
1. Horizontal, machine base with feet (IMB3) as shown in Figure 1: ZTP-1~5, 62K, 62Kl, 62K2, 62G, 82B, ZBT-12.
2. Horizontal, with a base and a flange on the end cover (IMB35) as shown in Figure 2: ZTP-1-3, 12D, 22Z; Figure 3: ZTP-63K; Figure 4: ZTP-6 3K1; Figure 5: ZTP-63D.
3. Horizontal, machine base with feet, flange on end cover (round end cover) (IMB35), outlet box at the top, see Figure 6: ZTP-22B.
4. Horizontal, footless, with flange on the machine base (IMBl0) as shown in Figure 7: ZTP-62A, 63A, 63B, 63B1, ZBT-63.
5. Horizontal, footless, with flange on the machine base (IMBl0) as shown in Figure 8: ZTP-62A1;
6. Vertical, footless, shaft extending downwards, with flange on the machine base (IMVl0) as shown in Figure 8: ZTP-62L, 63L; Figure 9: ZTP-61L.
7. Other installation types, single axis extension or double axis extension motors can also be made according to user needs. Single axis extension motors can be equipped with speed generators or other speed measurement devices at the non transmission end.
The motor outlet box for IMB3 and IMB35 installation types is located on the left side of the machine base (positive box) when viewed from the transmission end. If the user needs, it can also be located on the right side of the machine base (reverse box) or above the machine base. The motor with IMBl0 and IMVl0 installation types does not have an outlet box.

3. If there are wet tropical requirements for supporting overseas travel, please specify them in the contract.
