EVH6-31.5 (G)/2500 plateau railway dedicated single pole vacuum circuit breaker

It is an indoor single pole circuit breaker with a single-phase AC frequency of 50Hz and a rated voltage of 31.5kV. Indoor devices suitable for use in areas with an altitude of 4000 meters or below, specifically designed for railway substations and partition pavilions, used for power supply, protection, and control of railway traction systems.
The circuit breaker adopts an integral layout, and the operating mechanism is an independent module with independent models. By adopting this form, the structure becomes simple and compact, and the mechanism can be individually packaged and then combined with the circuit breaker, greatly improving production efficiency and also greatly enhancing the mechanical operation reliability of the circuit breaker. The arc extinguishing chamber and operating mechanism of the circuit breaker are arranged in a front to back manner, with a reasonable structure and small volume.
The energy storage part, transmission part, buffering part, tripping part, and mechanical interlocking of the operating mechanism are all integrated into one, with only one output interface connected to the main circuit. The mechanism is composed of various forces in the mechanism, and the design will fully consider the effect of each force in the mechanism, making the arrangement of the transmission mechanism reasonable to ensure the minimum deformation of components. This not only ensures performance but also improves the reliability of the mechanism.
