Environmental conditions for use
1. Environmental temperature
Maximum temperature:+40 ℃;
Minimum temperature: -15 ℃;
The daily average temperature does not exceed+35 ℃.
2. Environmental humidity
Relative humidity: daily average ≤ 95%, monthly average ≤ 90%;
Water vapor pressure: daily average ≤ 2.2KPa, monthly average ≤ 1.8KPa.
The altitude of the equipment installation site shall not exceed 1000 meters.
4. Places without flammability, explosiveness, chemical corrosion, and severe vibration;
The amplitude of electromagnetic interference induced in the secondary system shall not exceed 1.6KV
Design, Structure, and Technical Requirements
Vacuum arc extinguishing chamber: The structural dimensions shall meet the technical requirements, and the technical parameters shall comply with JB/T8738-1998 "Vacuum arc extinguishing chamber for 3.6-40.5KV AC high voltage switchgear".
Operating mechanism: Spring energy storage operating mechanism, with manual and electric closing and opening operation functions.
The mechanism is equipped with anti jumping devices, trip devices, operation frequency recorders, and opening and closing indicator devices, and can be equipped with overcurrent trip devices and voltage loss trip devices.
Technical parameters of the institution
Energy storage operation: When the operating voltage is between 85% and 110% of the rated voltage, the circuit breaker should ensure normal energy storage.
Tripping operation: Its reliable operating voltage should be 65% -120% of the rated voltage value. When the rated voltage value is lower than 30%, the release should not engage.
The energy storage handle used for manual energy storage mechanisms should not exceed 150mm.
The frame of a fixed circuit breaker should be equipped with a grounding thread no larger than M12 and marked with a grounding symbol.
There should be reliable mechanical interlocking between the chassis of the handcart circuit breaker and the operating mechanism of the circuit breaker.
