The KTJ15 series AC cam controller is suitable for use in the main circuit of AC 50Hz, rated voltage up to 380V, and rated current up to 63A. It is used to change the connection of the stator circuit or the resistance value of the rotor circuit of three-phase asynchronous motors to control the starting, speed regulation, braking, and commutation of the motor.

structural characteristics
It consists of three parts: operating mechanism, cam and contact series, and housing. The joystick is equipped with a zero position self-locking device. The mechanical transmission part is located at the upper part of the box. The vertical operating handle drives the camshaft through the umbrella gear, while the horizontal operating handle directly drives the axle, allowing the contact group to open and close according to the prescribed program. The positioning holes on the ratchet wheel are installed with positioning screws at different positions, which determines the gear position of the operating handle. There are different ranges on both sides, which can be selected arbitrarily. The positioning ratchet spring force is adjustable. Under the premise of clear gear classification, the operating force of the handle can be adjusted within the allowable range by adjusting the ratchet spring force. Adopting a rotating double breakpoint contact, the installation dimensions of the 32A and 63A contacts are the same. The cam is insertable, which facilitates the change of contact opening and closing procedures.
The machine base is made of die cast aluminum parts. The front and rear covers can be easily removed for installation, wiring, and maintenance.
