1. Product features
The LW16-40.5 sulfur hexafluoride circuit breaker is an outdoor porcelain pillar structure, equipped with a CT10A spring operating mechanism. The mechanism and body have various layout forms such as high, parallel, parallel extension, and vertical. The overall volume is small, the weight is light, the structure is simple, the operation power is small, and the installation and debugging are convenient. Mechanical lifespan of 5000 times, suitable for frequent operation.
The arc extinguishing chamber adopts a spiral arc and auxiliary compressed air self energy type, with excellent breaking performance and an electrical life of 21 times. There is no cut-off voltage in the opening and closing capacitor group and reactor group.  

Reliable sealing performance, using imported sealing gaskets, static sealing adopts an "O" - shaped sealing ring structure, and dynamic sealing adopts a "V" - shaped sealing ring with spring pressure compensation structure. The secondary wiring board of the transformer is produced by the imported mold using the pressure injection process, which has strong anti-aging performance and ensures that the annual air leakage rate is ≤ 1%.
The entire product adopts a stainless steel structure. The fasteners, panels, and shells are all made of stainless steel material, and the internal brackets are hot-dip galvanized and will never rust.
The measuring grade iron core of the internal transformer is made of microcrystalline alloy with high magnetic conductivity, and the accuracy level can reach 0.2 or 0.2S. Each phase of the product can be equipped with 2-4 current transformers.
