4、 Installation and debugging

1. Install the control box and host separately in appropriate locations. The left and right directions of the host should be horizontal, and the front and rear vertical directions are allowed to tilt backwards by no more than 3 degrees.
2. After installation, it is necessary to double check the wiring according to the electrical schematic diagram before use to ensure that there are no errors.
3. After being correct, close the switch and turn on the power. At this time, the voltmeter should indicate.  
4. Place the heated workpiece under the movable yoke in the middle of the host iron core, gently move it downwards to match the workpiece (if the thickness and size of the workpiece remain unchanged, it can be adjusted)
The positioning screw under the rear lever bridge of the host maintains a 2mm distance between the yoke and the workpiece for convenient continuous operation. At this point, debugging is complete and it can be put into use.

5、 Operating procedures
1. Press the start button, the host is powered on, the time relay starts counting in seconds, and the workpiece is heated.
2. Before pressing the stop button, check the time counter accurately, then take out the workpiece and measure whether the temperature rise at the inner diameter end plane meets the requirements for assembly.
3. Continuously heat workpieces of the same specification, turn the function selection switch to the time control position, set the heating time, and automatically turn off the power when the workpiece is heated to the set time.
4. After completing the work, turn the power switch to the stop position and cut off the power.  

6、 Precautions
The grounding of the shell must be good!  
Before placing the yoke on ZJ20X and the workpiece on ZJ20K, it is strictly prohibited to press the start button.  
The control power supply of this series of products is AC220V or AC380V, and the wiring of the socket and plug should be consistent.  
ZJ20X should be placed steadily and the yoke should match the end face of the host.  
The heating temperature of the bearing should not exceed 120 ℃ to prevent annealing; The maximum heating temperature rise of other workpieces shall not exceed 300 ℃.
