BGJ-S type small car bearing inner sleeve heating disassembler
The BGJ-S small car type lifting and heating dismantling device is operated by a control cabinet, induction coil, and main body assembly (which can also be lifting type) using time controlled digital display mode. The induction coil consists of 12 sets of iron cores, and the magnetic conductor is fixed to the housing with screws and springs. When heated by electricity, the iron core is magnetically attracted to the workpiece, increasing the power factor.
The BGJ type bearing induction disassembler is widely used in steel rolling mills, railway locomotive depots, ports, docks, and other industrial and mining enterprises. The new generation product for thermal disassembly of bearing inner rings, retaining rings, sealing rings, gears, couplings, etc. applies the principle of electromagnetic induction to generate induced current in the bearing inner ring, causing it to heat up and expand, thereby creating gaps at the mating area and achieving the purpose of easy disassembly. Due to the rapid, uniform, clean and pollution-free induction heating, high heating quality, and ensuring that bearings are not damaged, this advanced disassembly method is gradually replacing baking, oil boiling and other methods.

2、 Main structure
This machine consists of a main control cabinet, induction coils, and other components.
3、 Usage and Operation
1. Connect the control cabinet to a controlled power source.
2. Connect the control cabinet to the induction coil with wires.
3. Close the control switch, and the voltmeter should indicate.
4. Insert the induction coil onto the bearing.
5. Adjust the required heating time, press the start button to start heating. When the workpiece is heated to the required time, the host will automatically turn off the power or press the stop switch once.
6. After heating, remove the induction coil and remove the bearing.
7. This machine can be heated and stopped by a control cabinet or induction coil.
4、 Precautions
1. This series of bearing induction disassemblers must be customized based on the specifications and dimensions of the heated workpiece provided by the user.
2. Be careful when removing the workpiece to prevent burns.
3. The heating component of the induction coil can only be removed after the host is powered off.
