1. Overview
ZW32A-12G outdoor high-voltage vacuum circuit breaker with isolating switch combination (hereinafter referred to as the combination) is an outdoor high-voltage distribution equipment with three-phase AC 50Hz and 12kV, used for breaking and closing load current, overload current, and short-circuit current in power systems, and is more suitable for places with frequent operations.
Combination electrical appliances, using CTB spring operated mechanism, can achieve electric energy storage, electric opening and closing, as well as manual energy storage and manual opening and closing.
Combination electrical appliances have interlocking and obvious visible fractures, ensuring safe operation and reliable interlocking.
The arc extinguishing device of the composite electrical appliance adopts outdoor epoxy casting technology, which integrates the vacuum arc extinguishing chamber and the current transformer into a solid insulation phase column component. It is vertically arranged in a phase separated manner, maintenance free, oil-free, gas free, and pollution-free.
Combination electrical appliance, with surge control function for closing, meets control and measurement requirements, equipped with electronic control unit, and can achieve "four remote" monitoring. This product is the preferred choice for the oil-free transformation of urban and rural power grids.
2. Normal usage conditions
a) Altitude: not exceeding 2000m;
b) Surrounding air temperature: upper limit+40 ℃, lower limit -40 ℃;
c) The wind pressure shall not exceed 700Pa (equivalent to a wind speed of 34m/s);
d) The degree of air pollution (level) shall not exceed level III;
e) Any requirements beyond the above conditions shall be agreed upon by the user and the manufacturing unit.
