1. Overview
CV1-24 indoor high-voltage vacuum circuit breaker is suitable for AC 50Hz, rated voltage 24kV, rated current 630A~3150A, as protection and control for power lines and power equipment in industrial and mining enterprises. There are fixed and handcart types, and the handcart type is suitable for armored central cabinets such as KYN28A-24. Strict cabinet matching tests ensure interchangeability; Rated power frequency withstand voltage of 65kV/1min, with a break distance of 79 kV/1min; Rated lightning impulse withstand voltage of 125kV, with a break distance of 145kV; rated short-circuit breaking current of 25kA~31.5kA, rated short-time withstand current of 25kA~31.5kA/s;
Adopting domestic first-class manufacturers' vacuum arc extinguishing chambers, with low maintenance and high reliability, suitable for frequent operation or multiple short-circuit current breaking;
Adopting mature and reliable spring operating mechanisms, strict testing methods, and complete characteristic curve records to ensure high product quality;
According to GB1984 standard, it has extended electrical life E2 level, extended mechanical life M2 level, and capacitive current switching C2 level;

2. Normal usage conditions
Environmental temperature: maximum temperature+40 ℃, average value measured within 24 hours not exceeding+35 ℃, minimum temperature -5 ℃;
Altitude not exceeding 1000m;
The surrounding air is not significantly polluted by dust, smoke, corrosive gases and/or flammable gases, vapors and salt spray;
Environmental humidity: The daily average relative humidity is not greater than 95%, the daily average vapor pressure is not greater than 2.2 × 10-3MPa, the monthly average relative humidity is not greater than 90%, and the monthly average vapor pressure is not greater than 1.8 × 10-3MPa;
Vibration or ground motion from outside the switchgear and control equipment can be ignored;
The amplitude of electromagnetic interference induced in the secondary system shall not exceed 1.6kV.
