1. Overview
CV1-40.5 (ZN85A) indoor high-voltage vacuum circuit breaker is suitable for AC 50Hz, rated voltage 40.5kV, rated current 630A~1600A, and is used for protection and control of power lines and power equipment in industrial and mining enterprises.

Suitable for KYN61A switchgear and can also be installed on KYN61 switchgear;
Rated power frequency withstand voltage of 95kV/1min, rated lightning impulse withstand voltage of 185kV;
Rated short-circuit breaking current 25kA~31.5kA, rated short-time withstand current 25kA~31.5kA/4s;
Adopting domestic first-class manufacturers' vacuum arc extinguishing chambers, with low maintenance and high reliability, suitable for frequent operation or multiple short-circuit current breaking;
Adopting mature and reliable spring operating mechanisms, strict testing methods, and complete characteristic curve records to ensure high product quality;

2. Normal usage conditions

Ambient temperature
The highest temperature is+40 ℃, and the average temperature measured continuously for 24 hours does not exceed+35 ℃. The lowest temperature is -5 ℃.

The altitude shall not exceed 1000m.
The surrounding air is not significantly polluted by dust, smoke, corrosive and/or flammable gases, vapors, and salt spray.

ambient humidity:
The daily average relative humidity does not exceed 95%;
The daily average vapor pressure shall not exceed 2.2 × 10-3 MPa;
The monthly average relative humidity does not exceed 90%;
The monthly average vapor pressure shall not exceed 1.8 × 10-3MPa.

Vibration or ground motion from outside the switchgear and control equipment can be ignored.

The amplitude of electromagnetic interference induced in the secondary system shall not exceed 1.6kV.

Special usage conditions
If the working conditions used by the user differ from normal usage conditions, such as installation in places with an altitude exceeding 1000m, ambient air temperature exceeding the limit specified by normal applicable conditions, or high temperature prone to condensation, please consult with our company and reach a consensus.
