The SRMWK1 series intelligent low-voltage vacuum circuit breaker (hereinafter referred to as the circuit breaker) has a rated voltage of 380V-1140V and a rated current of 630A-2500A. As long as it is suitable for distributing electrical energy in low-voltage AC distribution systems, protecting lines and power equipment from overload, short circuit, undervoltage and other faults, and has grounding protection function in TN distribution systems with transformer neutral point grounding, the circuit breaker can be used for infrequent line switching under normal conditions.
The circuit breaker adopts ST30 intelligent controller, which has multiple protection functions, can achieve selective protection, accurate action, and can also be equipped with communication interface according to user needs to achieve remote control, remote adjustment, and telemetry of the circuit breaker within one kilometer range.
Compared with air circuit breakers, this circuit breaker has a longer service life, more short-circuit breaking times, stronger arc extinguishing ability, and truly achieves zero arcing. Can be used in places where air circuit breakers are currently unavailable or unsuitable for use (such as places that require high power supply reliability, do not allow frequent power outages for maintenance, operate frequently, and have harsh environmental conditions such as fire and explosion hazards). The circuit breaker meets current environmental and safety requirements.
The circuit breaker is designed, manufactured, and inspected in accordance with GB14048.2 standard.
Environmental conditions for use
One Normal working conditions
1. Surrounding air temperature: The upper limit should not exceed+40 ℃, the lower limit should not be lower than -5 ℃, and the average value over 24 hours should not exceed+35 ℃.
2. Altitude: The installation location should not exceed an altitude of 2000m.
3. Atmospheric conditions: The relative humidity of the atmosphere does not exceed 50% when the surrounding air temperature is+40 ℃. At lower temperatures, there can be higher relative humidity. The average maximum relative humidity in the wettest month is 90%, and the average minimum temperature in that month is+25 ℃, taking into account the condensation that occurs on the surface of the product due to temperature changes.
4. Pollution level: Level 3
II Installation requirements
1. The circuit breaker should be installed according to the installation requirements in the user manual provided by the manufacturer
2. Installation category: Circuit breakers with a rated working voltage of 690V and below are used for installation category IV; the installation category for auxiliary circuits is III, except for the undervoltage release coil, the primary coil of the power transformer, and the same as the circuit breaker.

Structural characteristics
The circuit breaker consists of a frame, an operating mechanism, a contact arc extinguishing system, an intelligent controller, a cotton board, a drawer seat, and other parts.
1. The operating mechanism is installed on the right front of the circuit breaker, connected to the contact system through the main shaft, including electric operation and manual energy storage operation, which do not interfere with each other.
2. The contact is contained in the vacuum arc extinguishing chamber, truly achieving zero arcing.
3. There are "I", "O", "energy storage" and "energy release" indicators on the panel that display the working status of the circuit breaker, as well as buttons "I", "O", ST30 controller and manual closing handle for closing and opening the circuit breaker.
4. The ST30 controller is an electronic intelligent release device with four protection functions: overload long delay, short circuit short delay, short circuit instant, and ground leakage. It also has current display, setting, testing, fault inspection, load monitoring, and self diagnosis functions. It can also be equipped with a communication interface according to user needs to achieve remote control, remote adjustment, remote sensing, and remote signaling of the circuit breaker within one kilometer.
