ZW39-40.5W/T2000-31.5 outdoor vacuum circuit breaker solves the major problem of internal condensation and moisture absorption caused by temperature and humidity changes in similar domestic products, which leads to a decrease in insulation strength, as well as the problem of aging due to exposed insulation rods. It strengthens the insulation strength of the inner surface of the sleeve and insulation components. In addition, the circuit breaker also has the following characteristics:
The preferred contact material for the vacuum arc extinguishing chamber ensures that the average small current interruption value is below 4A, effectively suppressing operational overvoltage.
The circuit breaker has strong breaking capacity, with a breaking short-circuit current of 31.5kA for 30 times.
Adopting the CT10A improved mechanism with reliable performance, it can operate frequently and has a lifespan of up to 10000 times.
This product can adapt to environmental requirements at an altitude of 3000 meters and has a high level of external insulation.
Circuit breakers can be equipped with internal or external transformers:
Each phase of the circuit breaker can be equipped with 4 internal current transformers. The iron core of the internal current transformer is made of microcrystalline alloy and high magnetic conductivity material. The accuracy of current transformers with 200A and above can reach 0.2 level and 0.2S level. The overall structure of the circuit breaker is compact, and the wrapping process of the secondary winding of the transformer has been fully optimized. Fully ensure that the shape of the transformer coil after wrapping is regular, without burrs, and does not loosen during drying. After being installed in the host, there is no deformation, and the electric field is uniform.
This product is filled with slightly positive pressure SF6 gas (without internal CT: 0.02MPa, internal CT: 0.2MPa) in the vacuum arc extinguishing chamber and porcelain sleeve, ensuring that condensation and moisture absorption will not occur inside. At the same time, it can avoid defects such as bubbles, penetrating discharge, and difficulty in maintenance and repair caused by filling organic insulation materials inside the original ZW7 series products.
The main secondary electrical components are selected from high-quality products with high operational reliability.
The surface treatment of exposed parts of the product is hot-dip galvanized or directly made of high-quality stainless steel sheet, with superior corrosion resistance.
This product can directly replace the SW2-35 type low oil circuit breaker (with the same installation size), and with a transition bracket, it can replace various types of multi oil circuit breakers, making it an ideal oil-free circuit breaker.
