The Siemens vacuum circuit breaker 3AH series is a new generation product developed and produced based on years of product design and operation experience, the original 3AF vacuum circuit breaker, and improvements made to meet the insulation requirements of the Chinese power system. The 3AH vacuum circuit breaker is strictly controlled by Shanghai Siemens Switchgear Co., Ltd. in accordance with the requirements of the ISO9002 quality assurance system for the procurement, production, and inspection of raw materials. It adopts first-class component processing and product testing equipment synchronized with Germany, and relies on rich manufacturing experience to locally organize and produce high-tech products. The vacuum arc extinguishing chamber of the circuit breaker is manufactured using one-time sealing technology, and the contact material is Cr Cu alloy, which is melted by arc. The contact adopts advanced design shape and structure, with extremely high arc resistance and very small arc voltage drop. Therefore, while ensuring the rated short-circuit current for breaking, the volume of the arc extinguishing chamber can have the smallest size. Siemens, a new type of vacuum arc extinguishing chamber, also has the characteristic of low cutoff value. Therefore, when the circuit breaker is used to disconnect inductive loads such as transformers, there will be no harmful operating overvoltage. The excellent mechanical characteristics of the vacuum arc extinguishing chamber and spring operation also enable the 3AH vacuum circuit breaker to successfully close and open the capacitor group multiple times without the occurrence of reigning overvoltage. The operating mechanism of the circuit breaker adopts spring energy storage, which can be manually or electrically stored. In this organization, all components are tightly processed and assembled. Moreover, key components and materials are manufactured using special processes. In this way, it ensures that the entire operating mechanism has minimal friction, precise coordination between components, and reliable movement.
