The VB85-40.5/T2000-31.5 indoor high-voltage vacuum circuit breaker (hereinafter referred to as the circuit breaker) is suitable for use in three-phase AC 50Hz, rated voltage 40.5kV power systems, and can be used for load current, overload current, and fault current in industrial and mining industries, power plants, and substations.
The circuit breaker and operating mechanism are arranged vertically, effectively reducing the depth of the circuit breaker.
The three-phase arc extinguishing chamber and associated charged body are isolated by three independent epoxy resin insulation cylinders, forming a composite insulation structure. The circuit breaker meets the requirements of air distance and creepage distance under normal operating conditions, and effectively reduces the volume of the circuit breaker. The main electrical circuit vacuum arc extinguishing chamber and the dynamic and static conductive connections are installed inside an insulating cylinder, with a phase spacing of only 300mm. All electrical connections in the main circuit are fixed and have high reliability. The insulation cylinder is installed above the circuit breaker frame.
The spring operated mechanism specially designed for this new type of circuit breaker is installed inside the circuit breaker frame, and its structural characteristics are more suitable for the upper and lower layout of the circuit breaker, and become an integral part of the overall structure of the circuit breaker. The mechanism design is simple, and the output curve and its performance are more suitable for the characteristics and requirements of 40.5KV vacuum circuit breakers.
