ZW38-40.5 elevated porcelain column outdoor high-voltage vacuum circuit breaker is a three-phase AC 50Hz high-voltage switchgear mainly used for control and protection of 40.5kV transmission and transformation systems. It can also be used for normal operation and short-circuit protection of urban and rural power grids and industrial and mining enterprises, and can be used as a connecting circuit breaker and opening and closing capacitor group.
This product is equipped with CT19-IVB spring energy storage operating mechanism, which can remotely control electric energy storage, electric opening and closing operations, as well as on-site manual energy storage, manual opening and closing operations.

The vacuum arc extinguishing chamber with ceramic shell is placed inside a ceramic sleeve filled with 0.02/0.2MPa (without CT/with CT) SF6 gas at 20 ℃, which can avoid the influence of external environment and is oil-free and resistant
Pollution, anti condensation, high breaking current, long electrical life. At rated voltage, the short-circuit current of 31.5kA can be continuously broken for 20 times, and the rated current is 2000A. The mechanical reliability is superior, with a mechanical life of 10000 times and the ability to operate frequently. According to user requirements, each product can be equipped with 6-12 current transformers.
